New RADART Web Address and WebSite

In addition to www.radartvt.org, RADART now has a new web address and website!  The new address is www.radart.us, but either the old or new address will bring you to the same location!

Members Sign Up Now!

RADART members have access to a "members only" section which already has the RADART operations manual and forms library available for download. More members-only content will soon be added.  Click on "Member LogIn" and then click on "Create New User" to sign up!  Note that access to the "member only" area will only be available after your membership has been verified.  Please allow 24 hours for this process to complete.

Your own @radart.us Email Address?

That's correct.  RADART members can have their own radart.us email address.  Email sent to this address will automatically forward to the address of your choice.  To set up your radart.us address, Email webmaster@radart.us.  Include the address you choose plus the address Email should be forwarded to.  Allow 48 hours for the new address to be available.

New HSUS Course: Interpreting Animal Behavior for Safe Animal Handling

Check out this online course from Humane Society University (affiliated with HSUS). The description says:
"The purpose of this course is to provide information about how dogs and cats communicate their intentions and emotions so that people who handle animals are able to do so with a greater degree of safety."

Pet First Aid and CPR Class

The Rutland County Humane Society is pleased to host Pet Tech's Pet First Aid and CPR class. The eight-hour class includes the skills and information necessary to prepare the pet owner in the unfortunate event of a medical emergency involving their pet. Some of the topics highlighted in the... class include CPR, rescue breathing, how to help your pet in a medical emergency, the ABC's of first aid, assessing your pet's vitals, snout-to-tail assessment and more.

The class will be held on Saturday, Aug. 28 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at RCHS, 765 Stevens Rd. in Pittsford.
